I am a therapist & I’ve seen a therapist over the years. She EMDR certified but I had a Fort Knox around myself. I wasn’t able to identify some of my traumas. After that I learned of some dark secrets. It was a missing puzzle piece. I’ve been trying to get into my therapist to try the EMDR again. I think my min body and spirit will be in alignment.
I do meditations daily. I need to exercise more but severe pain, exhaustion, severe depression and limited mobility are barriers.
I believe the meditations and other holistic outlets help. I am not suicidal, I want to do right in my dogs eyes, genuinely smile daily, and care deeply for others & want to help wherever I can. Yes
