Anywho😄 the video was very informative. I did do something like that, notes on what I'm planting. I already sow some seeds a few days ago, and because of the heat, they all pretty much germinated. Which were all my brassicas. I'm like you, i want a lot of broccoli. If some die due to this heat, i still have time to sow more😊

This will be my first Fall garden, so this was very helpful. I didnt plan this past Spring, and didn't get as great a harvest. I want to do better. Planting most of what you are, except I'm adding pak choy and broccoli Romanesco.

You can pickle kohlrabi. I would think it would also do well as ferment. Not sure if you would like though since you don't care for sauerkraut. I believe you can also freeze it.

Very helpful. This is my first year planting in the fall. It was so hot so fast here that 😅 really never got out to my garden to plant. I’m hoping fall is good because I would like to start planting every fall.

I have had zero luck growing root vegetables but I will keep trying. Love beets and carrots; have seeds for kohlrabi but never sowed. Appreciate your take on its taste.
Parsnips are super nice roasted in the oven with potatoes-sunday lunch! They caramalize really great! I am inspired-lets see if can grow any of this :)) I did try purple broccoli once and they looked really sad and then suddenly produced

Love your videos Asia, you just have such good energy! This is the same way I plant my summer garden! Paper and pencil and a rough idea of things I want to plant with some planning but not anything like super planned out with succession planting. I plant everything out once and thats it. Trying to plant a fall garden this year as well as I've never done that before and I'm starting small, probably 50 plants or so.....I might try Kohlrabi based on what you said and some shallots and onions too! Thanks for sharing!

You’re welcome! I planted mine after my last frost. It is perennial so in most climates it will come back year after year. Yes I do. I’ve success with both in fall and spring.
