I don't know if Andrew ever reads these comments but I needed to write this after seeing him and listening to him. I am an 80 year old women who has struggled with my mental health all my life. I feel like I have claimed the wrong sexuality all my life which I feel has contributed to these mental health issues. Since discovering Andrew in the acting world and now knowing he supports this cause of HUMEN, seeing him share his joys and struggles helps all genders. Setting this example makes me admire him even more. Thank you to all the men on this site for being so open. It can help more than any antidepressant can. Bless you Andrew. You are a true treasure, especially to me. I've never connected to a person, that I have never met, in my life. Thank You.
Andrew Scott is so very special. How I wish I knew him in person! It’s so painful to see him hurting; I hope he knows there are so many who love him.
Andrews part was one of the most inspirational things I’ve ever seen. And also the purest he actually started crying omg ❤️❤️❤️
That's fantastic. I'm going to use that, "Don't let your head steal your day."
Andrew Scott is a most beautiful human being
I have always loved Andrew Scott, and have heard his analogy about emotions and weather before.
It is incredibly reassuring to change your mindset and realize that the "storm" will pass.
"Find out who you are and try not to be afraid of it"
Oh no Andrew sounds very sad here. When he was talking about breath, it scared me. He became very emotional. I hope he is better today.
Omg... Andrew.... You are such a beautiful soul. So empathetic, so deep, so sensitive... You deserve all the love of this World.
I have no words to describe the amount of my love and respect for this man.
Andreww you have my heart ❤️😭
You have such a beautiful soul. You have sucha vulnerability about you, but also inner strength. OMG when you said about breath, it nearly took my breath away. 😢I wish you knew how much you are loved. I hope you find love, You are so special, a d you deserve the bestie ❤
Andrew is such a pure guy!
I really appreciate Humen being a mental health platform for men (it is much needed) but I have to say as a young woman in my 20s this video really helped me out too. I watched it when it first came out and I won't forget it as it really moved me. I was particularly moved by River Hawkins- what he was saying resonated with me at that time when I first watched this.
Andrew's words of wisdom also meant a lot- I actually have what he said written on my wall, his comparison of emotions to the weather- the storm will pass, and finding out who you are and trying not to be afraid of it.
This entire video really gets to me every time. Fortunately I am not in the place I was a year ago but I won't forget how much this video means to me. I hope everyone who featured in this video is now doing better than they were then.
Thank you so much for this video. I have recently started therapy after years of depression and anxiety. I absolutely understand being in the place where you dont want to live but cant bring yourself to kill yourself.
Seeing these stories gives me hope that I can move on and find the reasons to live rather than just exist
Your comment is a year old now so I hope your in a better place and that you’ve refound your life and reasons to love it. If you haven’t it’s important that you know it will pass even if it feels like it’s been so long you’ve forgotten what happiness feels like. Trust me I know from personal experience it gets better
Thank you so much for your kind reply. I’m still trying to get better but its a hard daily struggle at times. Its nice to know that strangers like you take the time to reply to someone like me. Best wishes and thank you. Rob
@@BertieFett no problem I’m glad you saw it x
@@BertieFett keep going and feel free to reply to this anytime if you need to talk
I relate to it too. I feel no enthusiasm for my life anymore, haven’t for about a year now. Trying not to panic but the whole idea of having another twenty odd years to live (like this) just terrifies me. As Britney once famously said: ‘my loneliness is killing me.’
Wow. All important personal stories...I did start watching these because of Andrew (❤️!!!!) That’s the 2nd time I’ve seen him choke up during an interview...”Hope is love and love is hope,” as simple and pithy as that.
In which other interview did he cry? 😮
During a Q&A along with Faye Marsay, while promoting their film “Pride,” a young girl asks him for advice on how to deal with the fallout after coming out to her parents. His reaction and answer show what a beautiful spirit he has.
Alexa Dark search Andrew Scott & Faye Marsay Pride interview and watch from 30 mins in... a girl in the crowd initially finds the question difficult to ask but tells them that she came out to her mum and how frightened she is and Andrew’s answer is so heartfelt and emotional... beautiful man ♥️
@@queensquish just watched it -- he is an exceptional human being
moiraine_damodred he really is ♥️
Really moving from all the participants!
I sit there haha! That's a park next to Waterloo station, I know no one cares.
OMG I love him so much
14:23 my poor boy can't see him in tears:(((
I'm so glad this movement exists and you are doing this work. A male friend of mine committed suicide earlier this year. None of us knew he was in pain. A horrible waste.
I just love him so much he's an amazing Man !!.
Guys, what you are doing is important and necessary for all of us. Keep creating, I'll be following you. If you could create something about what brings happiness, union, freedom and peace to men, it would be nice. Probably nature will appear in their thoughts. All the best from another filmmaker in Costa Rica. @marco.g.lerin
Oh my, this series and format is extraordinary! But it breaks my heart seeing Andrew Scott like this. I'd rather see his boyish smile
Totally agree. Apart from the "quite hot" 🔥😏😍😋
@@lm4646 ok, not just quite, but really bloody hot! I have simply quoted Claire from Fleabag ;)
@@nicoleschroder1273 Ahh! Mea culpa. 😍😍

Tanks you Andrew Scott
14:56 love is hope wuwuwuwuwuwwu fleabag
Cada vez lo amo más ❤️
Andrew 😢😢😢😢😢
Andrew, I want to hug you so bad
Serious
13:47 it sounds like he is describing God, or something like that. Feeling that must be so nice though
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
Anyone knows what loss he was going through ?
Probably the break-up with his boyfriend.
Right, from what I’ve read, at that point they had been together for 10 years. He’s now reportedly said to have a lot of love in his life....good for him.
@@caliqdeg Poor love ❤ Hope he finds comfort 😚
