Fordson Major Injector Disassembly

How to disassemble a diesel fuel injector from a Fordson Major. I recommend taking them to a diesel mechanic for proper cleaning and testing, however as this one was damaged its worth pulling apart and showing everyone.

In terms of sourcing a replacement nozzle (in Australia) there seem to be many different versions, are they interchangeable? i.e. can a 81825598 (BDLL150S6571) be used in place of a 81714498 (BDLL150S6159)

I think there is one piece missing, just underneath the spring adjusting nut but on top of the spring. It is a little disc with a hole in it. It might be stuck up inside the spring adjusting nut?
