my worst hotel experience. Very noisy area, rooms poorly maintained, only 1 plug to charge your electronic items. Bring your own shampoo, as none in room (container empty). They didn't replace the 2 small water bottle, hence bring your own water. Wifi too weak, had to use my own connection. Green water in pool. Buffet breakfast just ok.
Had to change 3 times of rooms. On the second one, tv was broken and hot water....so...goodnight big nurse !!!!!!!!!
Good review. I looked at this hotel back in 2019 when I was drinking coffee at the continental bakery next door. It wasn't bad but the rooms are too small for me. At the time, the parking lot was full of tour buses too. It is perfect for guys on a budget. I usually stay at the Areca Lodge when I visit Pattaya. Keep the reviews coming.

Always nice to find a hotel room of 50sqm, just more comfortable, looking to be back in thailand for November and got a hotel room booked on soi bua khao with 51sqm.
hopefully i can find others budget places around pattaya of same size or bigger for future trips.

Great value for money.. The pool water colour depends on the light reflecting off the bottom, sunny days it will look much bluer....

Stayed here before and staying there again in December for a few days before I fly to Phuket, great gym and location only downside is the pool tends to be in the shade a lot but no complaints

I noticed a few great looking hotels you may want to try. The first is Vista on soi 4. The current price was showing as $25. It looks modern with nice pool, balconies and restaurants in the hotel. I think they had a couple if restaurants. One was Italian. The other 2 are in the same area except on the other side of 2nd road. Nova Gold and Nova xxxx (I forgot). But they both look very nice and showing a price of $21 usd. All 3 were listed as 4 star hotels.

If u got that for under $30 a night fantastic. Yeah it’s kinda budget & has amenities too. Seems good enough for a stay . Great review .

@@slyman6666. Wonder if anyone remembers why it was called Soi Excite ? They even had a Condo / Excite towers . 10 k a month . Brand new rooms . Free entrance with ur room key into …..? U know

Very noisy hotel from live rock bands surrounding the hotel, boom, boom, boom. If you sleep after 2am, you should be okay. Rooms are tiny but location is good.
Only noisy if you stay in the front. I hsve stayed in the front and back. Back side not noisy at all. Cheaper rooms as well. Two single beds but I just put them both together. No problem. Thanks for watching and commenting

Yeah bud .. That hotel looks a little rough if you ask me, I'd head back to the D Hotel..
D hotel definitely has better rooms but no restaurant, no gym and the receptionists are not very friendly plus P Plus is definitely in a better location

Only if you stay in tbe front of the hotel. Back rooms are not noisy

No problem ever. This is Pattaya. The hotels would lose money if u can't bring back girls. Heart of Pattaya Nightlife as well. Cheers 😎
