Butler Amusements Giant Ferris Wheel is delivered and set up for the 2009 Marin County Fair. Total set up time was over 2 days from arrival to full up and running.
I've hauled these rides for many years. But I never could stop to watch them get put together. There either not put up yet or already taken down. Thanks for posting.
Nice video; I like this kind of stuff. I made some videos of the set up of the Fair in Wijchen in the Netherlands this year. It takes 2 days as well, but I didn't speed it up; 3 videos, total time 1 hour.
This IS a Chance Giant Wheel and they're ALL four trailers. Perhaps you're thinking of the Chance Centruy Wheel which is a one trailer ride, however some shows offload some of it onto another trailer to lighten the load.
That was awesome what you show in this video. Who is this wheel made by? The Chance Giant Wheel only has 2 trucks, but this one has 3. Well, technically 4. I'm kind of shocked they aren't going to buy a ferris wheel with less trucks because of gas. It's hard in the Chicago area to find anything over 2 trucks for a ride. There are only likely 3 rides I know of that even have 2 trucks. It's all one mostly. The Ferris Wheels are mostly Eli or Century Wheel.

Alot of work to assemble one of these. But this is pretty cool!
back in the uk watched a set up of a mondial wheel
Butler set up a policy that now, you have to be 18 to ride on this wheel, and you need ID, even if you look to be above 18.
Still my favorite videos. Can you try and do one of the spin out?
