‘What did I learn today?’ - a daily question to ask; life is perhaps the biggest teacher! Right from childhood and through phases of life, there are opportunities everyday to see it as a workshop to experiment, learn, play and grow. Then life, not only becomes a game to enjoy and move forward with rich experiences, but also we live our full potential.
Together with remembering Father’s Day, the speaker will share what she learnt from her father and from her own personal life’s workshop.

For over 40 years, Jasu has been a teacher of Raja Yoga meditation, using her warm and generous personality to empower others. Based in London, Brahma Kumaris, International Headquarters, she oversees various departments and organizes events for Raja Yoga students, fostering their self-discovery journey. Jasu's dynamism and creativity shine in stage design, floral arrangements, and nourishing meals, while her spiritual insight are practical and inspiring.
