  • Learn more about Elohim's further revelation of Himself and the principles behind the plagues that each deal with a different idol in the lives of the Egyptians, and find out how to apply that to our own lives today! Find prophetic correlations with how the Parashah ends with the 7th plague of hail and see how this hints at the 7th and final plague in the book of Revelation. Praise Yahuah, for His mercy endureth for ever! A little over 30 years ago, I confessed, I was confused and I wanted Him to show me the way! (Coming to Canada from a communist country where God is not taught or encouraged, and seeing here there where so manny preachers on Sunday mornings, talking about God, I did not know who was right? So I asked God. The next Sunday an very old man was talking about the Book of Revelation Unveiled at Last. Upon enquiring about their free literature I learned about Sabbath, and the rest is...history!) And He - our Heavenly Father - has never stopped providing sound teaching for me! God bless you and the brethren in your congregation and around the world!

    This insight came to me yesterday upon asking our Heavenly Abba about the hardness of heart that some people I know have towards Him. What’s happening when people are judging YHVH - attributing evil to good as you reference from Isaiah a few times - is that these people are leaning upon their own understanding (Prov 3:5). Not trusting YHVH, and even worse, thinking they are wise enough to judge His actions. Whereas faith & humility would simply recognize that it’s being comprehension (Isa 55:9). I’m greatly encouraged by identifying this error of arrogance AMEN

    Thank you Rabbi Issac, your teachings are such a blessing and encourage me to read closely. I noticed that in Ex 6:15 ADONAI says to Moshe to 'take in your hand the staff' then v19 ADONAI says to Moshe say to Aharon to take the staff and reach out' then v25 'ADONAI had struck the river'. Can this be understood as ADONAI working through Moses and Aharon? It seems all three participated (or were commanded) to stretch out their hand/staff to strike the water. v20 says 'he raised the staff' - is this Moshe or Aharon? Loving the depth of God's text and wanting to understand, thank you so much.

    Good stuff. Estranged from God includes being "foreigners" in a foreign land, that makes me think of what Yashua told His "citizens"/subjects, faithful followers, to be "in the world, but not of the the world". World is "kosmos" in the Greek, and means: "an apt and harmonious arrangement, constitution, order, government." Another way to say this is to live among the civilian members of the civil law nations/governments, but do not be a corporate member of those civil law corporate body politics, only be a member of YHWH's body politic: Israel, and follow YHWH's Way/Torah. This legal status is called a "Denizen". A Denizen is an inhabitant of the land, but is not a corporate member, bound by pledges and oaths of allegiance (faith/fidelity) to the civil gods (law makers, sovereign powers, judges, mighty ones of authority) and their constitutions and governments. We also read this in James when pure religion is defined. We are to be "unspotted by the world" (kosmos). See quotes:
    “Celsus, a Platonist, writing during the term of Marcus Aurelius, “opposed the sectarian tendencies at work in the Christian movement because he saw in Christianity a privatizing of religion, the transferal of religious values from the public sphere to a private association” He did not believe that freedom is only enjoyed if it is privately maintained. Vigellius Saturninus, proconsul of Africa in 180 CE, addressed the seeming anti-social behavior of the Scillitan martyrs with the statement, “We too are religious, and our religion is simple, and we swear by the Genius of our lord the emperor, and we apply for his benefits, as you also ought to do.” The true Christians like Speratus could and would not apply to that Emperor for he claimed Christ as “my Lord, the King of kings and Emperor of all nations”. As a Christian, he relied upon the Genius of God the Father through the individual leading of the Holy Spirit and the free will offerings of his Christian brothers in congregation. - Gregory Williams, Thy Kingdom Come, page 114
    _____
    “In Gibbon’s Decline and Fall of the Roman Empire, he praised “the union and discipline of the Christian republic”. He also pointed out that “it gradually formed an independent and increasing state in the heart of the Roman Empire”. - Will et Ariel Durant, Rousseau and Revolution, p. 801. fn 83 Heiseler, 85.
    _____
    “Pure religion and *undefiled before God and the Father is this, To *visit the fatherless and widows in their *affliction, and to keep himself *unspotted from the *world” - James 1:27.
    *Undefiled = amiantos = “free from that by which the nature of a thing is deformed and debased, or its force and vigour impaired.” Man is term of nature, person of the civil law. A person is man that is deformed & debased.
    Religion is about *visiting?? the fatherless (orphans) and widows (people without a family) in their *affliction??
    *Visit = episkeptomai = To look after, to inspect, examine with the eyes, the care for, to look out for, the tend to, to help or benefit.
    *Affliction = thlipsis = tribulation, trouble, affliction, anguish, persecution, burdens, distress: meaning whenever they have issues with: health, illness, finances, burdens, work or chores that become too much for them to do because they are elderly, infirm, disabled, ill, etc.
    and to keep himself…
    pure religion has TWO parts: 1) providing charity and love via service, help, aid, to those in need, like widows & orphans, two types of people in the community that do NOT have a natural family to turn to in their time of need. 2) TO KEEP OURSELVES *UNSPOTTED FROM THE *WORLD.
    *Unspotted = aspilos = free from: being sullied, blemished, corrupted, censured [controlled/ regulated] & reproachable (one who can be blamed)
    *world = kosmos = an apt & harmonious arrangement, CONSTITUTION, order, GOVERNMENT.
    Pure Religion is to take care of those in need by charity, which is love AND to do so by NOT being a part or member of a civil government, bound to a constitution, the civil order of statutory public welfare schemes.
    ____
    a little legal tidbit: Before Reconstruction, the 14th Amendment, federal subject citizenship status created by Congress, in 1868, there was NO civil status in America of "denizen". Why? Because before Reconstruction, 99% of Americans were keeping the Common Law, which has its origin at Mount Sinai and the Mosaic code (torah), back then Citizen meant an inhabitant, a common law free man, NOT a corporate member, a subject citizen, bound by contracts, consent and debt, that's what the 14th Amendment did. So Americans, were fundamentally keeping a lot of torah in their common law. But with the 14th Amendment Americans became bound as subjects to the will of Congress under its plenary power over the civil law: admiralty/maritime (commercial law) by our CONSENT. Just like when the Israelites voluntarily bound themselves to Pharaoh to be his subjects by consent in Genesis 47. Once men do this, they choose to give allegiance to the "gods many" of the world binding them to the sin of violating the first 3 commandments, which means men need a "redemptive release". Thank goodness that in America it still recognizes The common law, YHWH, and an absolute separation. Which is why Congress adopted the civil status of "denizen" (someone who dwells in America, but is not a 14th Amendment subject/a US human resource) but is someone that is separate, who is keeping the common law and Torah of YHWH.

    Rabbi Isaac, I had thought Moses was the first one whom God revealed His name YHVH. but Later, I read in Genesis 15:7, YHVH revealed this name to Abraham “ I am YHVH.” I am curious about your thought on this.. when I came cross 15:7 not long ago, it was great for me to show Muslims that the name of the God of Abraham is not Allah for you know Islam claim that we have the same God and believe the same prophets…

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  Před 2 lety +1

      Yes this can be confusing but remember that when you read YHVH from Genesis 2 it is Moshe writing it with the revelation at Sinai, and although he writes that YHVH told Avraham, “I am YHVH who brought you from Ur of the Chaldeans to give you this land to possess.” we know that Avraham knew Him mainly as El Shaddai as YHVH says in Exodus 6:3 "I appeared to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob as El-Shaddai-‘God Almighty’-but I did not reveal my name, YHVH, to them." Hope this helps. 🙏

    Shabbat Shalom, Brother Isaac, Does godliness mean righteousness?

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  Před rokem +2

      Each have their own respective connotations although one who desires to be "Godly" definitely must be righteous as the Bible's standard of human righteousness is God's own perfection in every attribute, every attitude, every behavior, and every word. In Hebrew a righteous person is called a "tzaddik" coming from the root word for righteousness (צֶדֶק) and also justice. Interestingly, our word for charity is "tzadakah" also comes from this hebrew root showing us that "right doing" and "justice" and being "giving" and "charitable" are all connected to a "godly" character. Hope this helps. Wishing you and your family many blessings and shabbat shalom!

    • @rayfenwick874
      @rayfenwick874 Před rokem

      A berakah. Thank you for the explanation. If we walk in righteousness does that open the door for us to be Melchizedek, Melchisedech, priest? Is that the same as the royal priesthood mentioned in Kepha 1 (1 Peter) 2:9 "But you are a chosen race, a royal kehunnah, a qodesh nation, a people for a possession, that you should proclaim the praises of Him who called out of the darkness into the marvelous light"

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  Před rokem

      @Ray Fenwick yes, under the Authority of the righteous High Priest Yeshua who is now the head of the Melchizedech priesthood passed down from Adam (as the second Adam), we who are "Called-Out" of darkness are called to walk in the Light of Holiness and Love as his righteous helper priests following his example; set-apart and serving as Lights of Yah's selfless Love and Law instructing others in how to live out His principles that lead to "Life more abundantly" from the Torah and thus help others also be "called-Out Believers" set-apart (kodesh) from the ways of darkness and grafted into Israel as faithful (emunah) to God and preparing the way for the coming Kingdom in the Olam Haba! This “kingdom Priesthood” referred to by Peter have to be a part of the people of Israel (and not the “church” with it replacement theology and mixture of paganism) as we are told in the Torah in Devarim 32:9 that the people of the family of Israel is God’s possession… “the LORD's portion is His people, Jacob His allotted inheritance.” and also confirmed by the prophets in Isaiah 19:25 as a double witness establishing the matter.

    Great teaching once again brother! Praise G-d!! Somewhere between 55:00 & 1:01 in the teaching you said some call Yeshua a prophet because he hasn’t rebuilt the temple. Now are you saying he isn’t part of the G-d head? Here’s what John said about this
    1 In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
    2 He was in the beginning with God.
    3 All things were made through him, and without him was not any thing made that was made. - John 1:1-3

    • @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers
      @AssemblyofCalledOutBelievers  Před 4 lety +2

      Notice John says "the word" not "Yeshua".... For it is the word that was from the beginning and created all things and became flesh and dwelt among us. There is no doubt that God has spoken all things into existence through his word, but the clarificarion being made in the video is about the Torah prophecies fulfilled in Yeshua 2000 years ago when he came as "the prophet like Moses" spoke of in Deuteronomy 18:18 not Messiah ben David who will establish God's kingdom on earth, usher in 1000 years of peace, rebuild the temple, return the exiles (descendants) of Israel to the land, reign as King and teach Torah from Jerusalem (Isa. 2:3). This he will do in what Christians call his second coming whereas Jews will recognize simply as the coming of the Moshiach. Hope this helps... many blessings to you and yours in your studies!

    Could Moshe be thinking that he was a great speaker of all things Egyptian, being well versed and trained up in all things Egyptian, but when it came to the Way of YHWH, his lips were uncircumcised to the way of speaking of YHWH, he wasn't sure he knew The Way of YHWH well enough to speak with authority?

      Hmm....Moshe knew who his people were before he left the house of pharaoh. Moshe spent 40 years with "family" . Jethro was a cousin? I suspect the Most High was a topic of conversation......?

      @@thegrand1356 Possible, but after 400+ years of being immersed in the Egyptian civil law system/society were teh Israelites really keeping Torah? If they were, why did they have such a hard time out in the wilderness following YHWH's instructions? I don't think the Israelites were probably doing anything Torah related at all after 430 years of civil life. Just as the Lost Sheep today, are fully back into Babylonian/Roman civil law practices. Even in the US it didn't take Americans 80 years to fully leave the common law (orgins: torah) to fully embrace the roman civil commercial law (from 1868: Reconstruction to 1940: New Deal era: 10 Planks, no longer the 10 commandments).
      United States supreme Court, Roe v. Wade, 410 U.S. 113 (1973): “In this country, the law in effect in all but a few States until mid-19th century was the pre-existing English common law...It was not until after the War Between the States that legislation (civil law) began generally to replace the common law.”
      United States supreme Court, Justice William O'Douglas, writing the dissenting opinion in Laird v. Tatum, 408 U.S. At 28,29 (1972): “The America once extolled as the voice of liberty heard around the world no longer is cast in the image which Jefferson and Madison designed, but more in the Russian image.”
      So it not a huge stretch to imagine that Israelites who had been ensnared by a civil law system, by their own consent, for over 400 years had come to completely forget the Ways of YHWH.

      @@thegrand1356 Was there a remnant of Israelite denizens in Egypt that had not pledged allegiance to Pharaoh and contracted with Pharaoh for his Egyptian civil law: benefits, entitlements, franchises, protections, bounties, etc.? Maybe there was, but it seems on the plain face of the text that they were all bound up as Pharaoh's human resources, even being counted as "slaves". The remnant is always stated as being those that do NOT bend a knee and consent and accept the benefits other sovereign powers/law makers/judges (earthly gods) offer to ensnare people to be his subjects

    civil governments are the most powerful idol and gods (sovereign powers, law makers, judges, mighty authorities) of a sinful people, that pledge their allegiance (faith/fidelity) and worship (pay homage) to the gods they make with their own hands (constitutions, governments, etc.). In the US its most sacred Babylonian/Roman civil law idol is represented in its motto: "E Pluribus Unum" "out of the many, one" In other words, in the US, as in all "democracies", the people make themselves into a supreme being, the sovereign power, THE ONE. This is the opposite of the spirit of YHWH's motto as Creator of all. YHWH's motto would be: Out of the ONE (YHWH) is created the many.

    If you look at the Miracles of Jesus, He reversed the 10 Plagues: His first miracle was turning water into Wine, (His Blood), and His last miracle was resurrecting the First Born. The other 8 miracles were also reversed as He brought light, and bread, and healing. Jesus was the New Moses, who brought blessings, not judgements....

      Although there has never been a person born in Israel named "Jesus" (a Roman invention as the name Jesus come from "Isous" meaning "hail Zeus"), it is a very good correlation you find between Moshe and Yeshua, as Yeshua, it was prophesied in Deuteronomy 18:18, was to be the prophet like Moshe! Why do the scriptures over and over express a father and son.
    This modalism doctrine is deceptive

      Essentially this channel wants believers to believe.
      God, came down to micro manage humanity, anointed himself Messiah, became the son of David, became the 2nd Adam. And became a priest FOREVER TO MEDIATE between himself and HIMSELF FOR man.
      And is Yah, really the offspring and root of King David? Further more is God, really able to DIE?
      Who is Deuteronomy 18 18 referencing
      Tell the whole story of Yah's feasts, and why he put the sun, moon and stars in the heaven.
      A shadow, of who was to come for our redemption.
      Nothing new under the sun, they denied Messiah's sonship when he walked this earth, and you are continuing to do the same.
      Open your Scriptures and study for yourselves.
      1 John 4:3
      3 And every spirit that confesseth NOT that Yahshua the MESSIAH is come in the FLESH is NOT of God:
      and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world.
