- In this mini-lecture, Dr Mike explains the different types of sensory (ascending) signals. This includes;
- Fine touch, 2-point discrimination, proprioception (called the Dorsal Column Medial Lemniscus Pathway)
- Pain and Temperature (called the spinothalamic pathway)

i have a question since i am a dental student why when we give local anathesia it blocks pain and temperature but not pressure why the LA select the spinothalamic tract to affect it ??
