Indycar has the most likable drivers out of any racing series.

when you run 235 mph at Indy surrounded by cars, you can't help but respect them

Amazing trio of 5 Indy 500 between both of those two and Robin Miller and racing heaven. Great memories of great racing banters.

TK has a future in broadcasting I think.

I miss having Robin around. I loved this style of videos behind the scenes with the drivers. And it is interesting that this showed up in my suggested videos now that TK (supposedly) ran his last race on Sunday. I wonder if he'll be carrying Helio's helmet next year. That is, if the speedway doesn't hire him as their official track lawnmower between now and then.

Now, they´re the best brazilian´s race drivers that we have in this moment! The best and funniest...In my opinion they will be so much long time in indycar. In think we´re (from Brazil) so good represented in indycar.

I think that TK and Helio will be the first Brazilian's to be inducted into the Indiana Sports Hall of Fame. Either one of them could probably be elected Governor. That place (Indy) goes crazy when these two guys are around.

I would like to see a movie telling a story of TK, starring Vin Diesel, and Helio, starring Matthew Mcconaughey.

It's been a pleasure and honor to watch these 2 Brazilian kids grow up and go through the ranks. I've been a fan the whole way. Rick Mears and these 2 guys are my all time favorites. Thanks for the memories.

So weird to see them two speaking to each other in a different language of ours. Two legends for our country certainly, and Hélio born in my city.

Very true. His rapport with the drivers is such that its obvious they're completely at ease around him.

I would love for these guys to write a book. It is an amazing story. I remember watching them race at California Speedway in Indylights and it was amazing to see them go at it in totally identical cars.

Didnt want to say it but i will. This is what i like about indy cars!! Some of you (F1) Drivers out there if not all, should sit down for one bloody second and watch this! You (F1) guys will never be bigger than any motor race! TK and Helio really do show us that you can smile and leave the car keys on the
bench and hang with the fans!! This ones for you Lewis. Learn you muppet!! or will you??

    • @jerryallen1768

I always enjoyed their banter when I was doing their steering wheel grips back when they were teammates racing Lights with Tasman. Tony was so serious, and Helio would come up and start playing around making fun of TK's gorilla forearms...fun guys. After testing, I actually looked forward to coming back and dialing in their grips...it was just like you see here with Robin. Thank you RACER for posting another great clip!

TK is right. They should write a book. These are two dudes who rose to be among most popular Indy drivers of all times. Anybody who doesn't know this just needs to go to Indy in May when these two show up on pit lane. First you'll hear a roar from the crowd and then you can be sure its one of them.

Considering Helio Castroneves’ win in Dancing with the Stars, I’d say he’s the only man in Brazil more flexible than his accountant.
