I took my daughter who is now 42 when she was 16 to Garth Brooks concert in Orlando Florida on 1993. She cried when Garth took the stage and kept saying she was in love. The best night of my life watching my daughter so happy
My wife and I, my brother and his wife, were supposed to see him back in May! This virus made him reschedule til June 16th. My wife at 39 was supposed to have a serious surgery and we weren't going to be able to go. well, the surgery was rescheduled for July, and he has rescheduled again for October! We just might be able to go after all!
My life is complete as I’ve been blessed to have seen both Kelly & Garth in concert thanks to my amazing daughter and son in law!

The Vegas concert was my all time favorite!!!!! He was amazing and I was in row 4 and it was my first time seeing Garth in person. Hands down - this is the best concert and musical experience!
I’ve seen him twice and lots of other concerts but by far he is simply the best❤️
Mr. Brook has always been my favorite. When I 9 years old I got to buy anything I wanted so it was his first album

In 2011 I bought my stepsister tickets for us to see Garth at his Wynn residency in Vegas. A few weeks before the concert I was in a car accident so the night of the concert, I was in the hospital. My sister ended up going with my stepsister to the concert. I texted them at 11 that night and they said it was AWESOME. Just Garth and his guitar. My sister who was not a country music fan became a Garth fan that night. (I got a CD.) I'm hoping he comes back to Vegas so I can see him (and have money to buy the tickets 😊).

my first concert was a Garth Brooks concert, in the 90s, with my aunt and uncle. Had zero clue who he was, but damn.....that guy put on a show!
Here's my story: due to unusual circumstances between my mom and dad, I never saw my mom for 13 years. Right before I turned 18, he died from a heart attack. For a good year, I was finding ways to cope with such a heavy loss. Country music did that for me when I started listening to guys like Garth, Alan Jackson, Alabama, Ronnie Milsap, etc. Fast forward to December 2014, and I don't know how I'm gonna get through the holidays with family friends. What I didn't know was that staff at my high school chipped in some money to purchase tickets to see Garth live in concert for his world tour at that time. To make the story even more heartwarming, by my choice, I reunited with my mom after 13 years apart. Originally, I was gonna take one of my friends along, but he had to do other plans, so without even thinking this over, I asked my mom if she would like to come along for the night. Not only was that one of the best concerts I've ever seen in my life, but it was a nice way to bond with my mom whom I hadn't been in contact with for a long-ass time. Garth, thanks for giving me a memory I can cherish till my dying day

But unfortunately we had a house fire and we lost everything. I'm 37 and always wanted to see him but could never go due that flashing lights can trigger a seizure so I can't go to any concerts which sucks

Nope! There are many people who have really outsold Garth Brooks! Whitney Houston sold 180 million records, Mariah Carey sold 200 million, Celine Dion sold 220 million, and then there’s Madonna who sold 300 million records worldwide (source: Guinness World Records). Michael Jackson’s Thriller by itself sold over 100 million copies worldwide.
Garth is the top selling COUNTRY artist of all time, but he’s NOT the “best selling solo artist of all time”.
RIAA says best selling solo artist in the US. 148 million is the US. And its Albums only does not include singles.

@The Official Andy Saenz -Only The Beatles have sold more albums than Garth Brooks. Garth was 2nd only to Elvis Presley prior to coming out of retirement. Garth is in fact considered the #1 selling solo artist of all time. For the other artists you mentioned, their Live albums, double albums (counted as 2 diff releases when in reality it's just 1 album), and remastered rereleases are counted in with total sales, giving the appearance and thus the misconception of more albums sold overall.
Surely its Elvis Presley, RCA themselves have lost count but estimate its between 1 and 2 BILLION
