With a little cosmetic window lattice + adding a side door on ea. cab wall + changing
the front number plate etc., this 0-4-0T will be the Little Joe at Camden, MD
(NUT Camden in NJ) Dockyard or a contender of PRR A5 at Delaware Av.
Dockyrd in Philly! Thx 4 the video.

I hope that one day, the B&O Railroad Museum can get one of the B&O’s C-16 Dockside Tank Engines

#4 needed new valve cages DESPERATELY in this vid, not sure if they rectified that issue but her valves are blowing by terribly. It sounds like a bad squeak but it's the steam literally whistling past the valve rings.

It's kind of funny seeing the little 0-4-0 saddle tank switcher pulling a passenger train.

Love datto deep whistle and she's trying to act like a big engine. i can't believe this little 0-4-0
swhicher (shunter) engine can pull 4 long steel kaaa's. the small drivers r the reason. yah, her
chuff voice also sounds like a big mama too!

Is #4 one of the Grambling engines?? What is her history?? Was she built by Porter or Vulcan?

If I remember correctly, she was acquired on a lease with the Cass Scenic Railroad in West Virginia (in return for Western Maryland Shay #6). Unless this is a different tank engine #4.
