Thanks, no doctor discusses this with the patient.I wish Doctors could explain menopause to patients and give us such advise. They just focus on removing the utreus. I get pelvic pain when I do work at home or stand for a long time.I use castor oil to massage the pelvic region and it gives great relief and cure.I use the vibrator exercise machine ,it strengthens the pelvic region and gives temperory pain relief. I had heavy non stop bleeding and did hip bath. The bleeding stopped.I realisee that heat in the body causes extreme period bleeding...but the pelvic pain remains...going to try pelvic floor exercise for a solution from within
Thank you Madame u have helped me to go through my menopause. Im feeling much better den last year. My experience is one year with out periods I was fine . The next came all the symptoms.
I'm 44 and ended up having a hysterectomy four years ago due to a prolapsed uterus so I have a sling holding everything else in place. I have spent years dealing with an on going bladder and yeast infections, which seems to have become less of them, I still have issues with urination.
Mam I am great fan of you because you given me lot of strength during my pre manopause to manopause ,but after two year of period stop symptoms are still happening some time ,but now a days I am suffering from cronic diarrhea ,is it related to manopause ? if yes than kindly make one video on this ,my reports are normal
Hi Sangeeta Although not very common, some women do experience diarrhoea in the menopause, however, this can be caused by lots of different issues such as stress, diet, IBS, food poisoning or an infection so it is important to get this checked by your doctor if it has gone on for more than a few days. Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Patricia If the nausea started after using the patches, then it could be side effects so worth mentioning to your doctor. Otherwise please check out my vlog on nausea and what you can do to help yourself. www.avogel.co.uk/health/menopause/videos/how-to-relieve-menopause-nausea/ Best Wishes Eileen
Hello Eileen. I'm 58 years old. Is it too late to exercise since I do have a prolapse. The gynaecologist said I do need to have an operation at some point. I was never told especially by the gynaecologist to do pelvic floor muscles exercises after child birth ! Thanking you in advance.
Hi Christina It's never too late to start exercising but, in your situation, you do need to be careful not to aggravate the condition. I would recommend speaking to a Pilates instructor. They can give you a safe exercise plan to follow and can also give you specific exercises that may help to stabilise your condition further. Best Wishes Eileen
I'm 5 years post and got bladder problems i find that I can't wee properly it's not coming as it should i had bladder checks nothing wrong could this be Anixety too causing it I drink a lot of water in the day but don't want to come out
Hi Puffy Muffin Yes, it could be anxiety, this can often affect bladder function. You may find a relaxing herb such as Valerian or Avena sativa as these can calm the bladder. Best Wishes Eileen
Yes Ibadur, this is included as well, however, inflammation can be caused by other factors too such as IBS so I assume that you've had this checked by your doctor? Best Wishes Eileen
I want to be 20 years again,I can't take menopause again,Why is my mom don't know menopause? she never went through menopause, she says she doesn't know menopause.
Hi Greta It is interesting that our mums often didn't have the same issues as we do, maybe life was simpler and most women stayed at home so there was less pressure on them, who knows? :) Best Wishes Eileen
Im 46 and i didnt do any of them exercises after child birth i feel everything is coming down i have virginal pain so will it still work now if i start doing exercises will it strengthen the muscles or is that it its damaged for life and im gonna need operation 😢
Hope you've had this pain checked by your doctor? Pilates exercises can be really helpful and may reduce the issue but it's best to see a qualified practitioner for best results Best Wishes Eileen
Hi Asha It's difficult to describe in writing, best thing to do is Google for 'pelvic floor' diagram, that will show where everything should be. Best Wishes Eileen

Can this cause bowel issues??
Yes, it can do, it could cause a bowel prolapse and a bladder or uterus prolapse can affect the bowel as well

Do your hips get wider during or after menopause as you get older?
Hi C
That's a good question! We do know that the musculoskeletal system can change during the menopause so it may be possible.

Eileen
@@AvogelCoUk Oh… 😣 Bec I think size wise I’m bigger and wider 😣 Just thought maybe there’s a connection. 🤔😒😏
@@cdl6953 this may require more investigation! :)
Does it cause pain too ?
yes, it can do but may depend on exactly what's going on, some women don't get any discomfort.
Are there any multivitamins one can take ? I'm 55.
Hi Asha
Unfortunately, there isn't really any supplement that can help with this, it is just the special exercises.
Is it too late for exercising?
Nope
No Asha, you can start anytime!
I was wondering if vaginal estrogen could help the bladder urgency
Pelvic floor exercises and kegals. At least once a week.
It may do Carolyn but you would need to ask your doctor if this would be appropriate for your situation. :)
