- Meet The 'Malhare', also known as Glitchtrap. This little goofball is a bundle of energy, figuratively and literally, but don't let his charism fool you. Fall for one of his schemes and you'll find your tech pulverized. Engage at your own risk.
After receiving countless comments asking "where the interview part of the interview was", we decided to go back to the roots, keep it simple and create a little something like the good old days. Welcome to what is practically an interview with 'Malhare'. Enjoy!

I love how he cycles through the different names he's been known as. William Afton, Glitchtrap, the Purple Man. It's kinda funny that the purple man is a name he's known as in-universe
Seems to me as an alias people used for a killer that was never found like Jack the Ripper or the Zodiac Killer.
Ah the purple guy, a name I haven't heard in a while.
The uniforms are just completely all purple, to be fair.

I love how you portrayed Glitchtrap as an evil version of the Spring Bonnie character. It would make sense considering that William manifested into the virtual world as his fursona, so he might as well act like it.

@@j-gems afton used to be a furry without choice, but considering malhare and scraptrap, and even burntrap exist he became a furry by choice, since burntrap and scraptrap have different suits, he had to change, he couldve easily done something a little different, but no, he chose to be a furry for the rest of however long fnaf lasts
edit: there was once a mystical land in the unknown world of jokes, this comment right here is an example of that beautiful forest of fun

I really like this particular take on Glitchtrap. As opposed to the lethargic, creepy silence take that we got in Help Wanted, this one is animated, manic, sardonic, and gleefully malicious.
Both have their charms. This one is just a _joy_ to watch as a character, but the Help Wanted one has that unsettling _creep_ factor that really takes advantage of his uncanny appearance.
"Gleefully malicious" sounds like a dark version of "Magically delicious"

I love that the way Malhare gets back at Fazbear Robotics for being captured is to corrupt their robots on his way out! His VA did such an amazing job as well! I do like the Giffany-like ability he has, being able to jump from one electric device to another in the blink of an eye. It really spells that nobody is safe because if Malhare’s virus were able to get into the Fazbear Robots like it did…well. The implications are clear as day…

This is EXACTLY what I thought what Malhare would sound, look, and be like! Manipulative, Insane, and constantly distorted. AMAZING job, j-gems!
I swear anything and everything J-Gems makes is just gold. Their ideas and AUs are so unique, and definitely one of the best animators I've seen in a while. There's so much detail, dedication and work put into each and everything they produce, and I don't think anything they do can make me lose an ounce of respect for them.
2009Mechagodzilla used to be a great animator and an okay storywriter. They had their own Godzilla universe, with unique designs of existing Kaiju. Sadly, they were revealed to be a perv and a p3d0, and deleted almost all traces of their existance.
I would link you a video to their planned movie, but im not going to give attention to somebody who doesn’t deserve it.

Can we just appreciate how j-gems managed to give a computer program on a screen so much personality, emotions and life that it is almost frightening? Applause to everyone working on this, it might only be a small filler, but damn if it isn't some of the best stuff I've seen.
Im still very excited for anything else to come out of this channel. Keep it up!
Malhare is like an anime villain, describing how he pulled of is finishing move.
And that's why you have a big red button for these cases that just shuts everything down, or in this case physically disconnects everything, running on a completely seperate system which can be also triggered by an outside person in case something happens to the interviewer ;)
reminds me of scp- 079 how it’s a self aware ai that is connected to a separate power grid and not connected to any other power station or have any internet connection

@@johnanders8760 In this case it's more common sense. In real life computer viruses you don't connect the hard drive storing one into another computer without the expectation it might jump across, let alone this sapient AI.
This whole interview idea is really giving off SCP vibes with the whole captured animatronics being interviewed for answers and is such a cool and refreshing idea I never thought I’d see. J-Gems has to be one of the best fnaf SFM animators out there, man’s could make a whole movie and it’ll definitely look professional
This take on Glitchtrap is even similar to SCP-079.
This is exactly how I wish William appeared in security breach, a digital entity trying to manipulate the real world however he can

From my understanding, Burntrap was a huge letdown. I mean, you see him on a camera and in 2 cutscenes and thats it.
That’s why i personally don’t write security breach as canon
One thing l was hoping for was his presence being known the more you go. Like for example, imagine if the gigantic hologram of the band.. suddenly turned into a waving glitchtrap at some point. Or the lighting of the whole pizzaplex suddenly got a heavy tinge of *purple* . Oh man, imagine how sick it would be if, Glitchtrap being the freddy to Vannys gregory. He'd help her track you down, would hack systems that block off escape routes, cornering you.

I physically flinched when Glitchtrap/Malhare glitched in and his laugh is so unnerving, it works so well. The animation is great as always, I can’t wait for the next episode
It’s rare to find great animation these days most of them prefer profit over quality but this is awesome, thank you
You must not scavenge the internet. Don't get me wrong, these animations are top tier for what they are. But there are way better animations out there. But they don't really post them on CZcams because of " interest and convenience" along with Susan's butchered standards for CZcams.
You can find PLENTY of quality fan animations though. It is not as rare as you make it sound.
One thing I'd like to note is that Malhare is still very intelligent, not just in the past. Why? He *chose* to stay, even thought he got past the firewall and could have left if he wanted to. Also, there was multiple computer screens available that he could have cycled through if he wanted to, but he didn't, and instead decided to just stay on one. Really interesting detail there!
He might have left the moment he breached the firewall, then just transmitted his image to the screen even though he was long gone.
@@peytonmac1131No, because after he says what he saved of his brain he tried to hack and discovered the firewall he knew that it was his firewall because he couldn't just simply hack through, but since he made it he had work arounds, but he just wanted to taunt the interviewer before leaving since there was nothing he could do at this point
I LOVE the reveal at the end. so perfectly and slowly unvealed. you can hear it in his voice as he slowly recognizes the work that's keeping him in. its like walking along a wall scrapping it with your finger and recognizing a brick you laid down yourself. and is LIVING FOR IT
That was genuinely fantastic! William is still the enthusiastic, free thinking, Physco we know and love to hate. Can't wait for the next episode guys!

Your storytelling has me jealous. This was an insane interview with an incredible script and an even cooler visual response to said script. Not to mention the effectiveness of the jump scares-they got me good!
Love this take on Glitchtrap, especially with the containment. All I wonder now is if J was Glitchtrap and G was the interviewer, what were -, E, M, and S doing?

This is.. amazing. The way Glichtrap starts glitching the computer and the sparks were amazing, there is so much detail into this and I love it. Nice work j-gems.

Now I'm heavily intriged in how you made the screen with 'Malhare' animated in it.
Is it just an already rendered animation in a computer screen model or is it a green screen or is it something else ?
It's just a small thing but I like how he said "The Purple Man" instead of "Purple Guy". I think the name "Purple Guy" has been memed a bit but the sentance structure+the VA's great preformance makes the name sound much more ominous and dangerous; like a mysterious force of evil.
Malhare: *Says his schedule is tight at that moment*
Also Malhare: *Answers his questions and possibly ends up offing the dude*

Oh I see this is the birth of burn trap as he is part GLAMROCK endoskeleton! Very clever. You can now see what happened to afton in between help wanted and security breach/Pizza sim and security breach
I really love Glichtraps laugh, it reminds me of certain Scooby-Doo villain laughs that I would hear in my nightmares when I was little. Great job!

The last bit with the difficulty of pulling off a security breach was incredibly well delivered
Now I have the doubt of if this Glitchtrap (or Malhare) is William himself after the events of previous episodes or an artificial copy of certain parts of his mind.

Springtrap and his various incarnations have always just seemed like "undead William"
This is something else. It's still Afton deep down (his motivations, his personality etc) but filtered through his old fursona. Hard to tell how much of HIM is actually left.
Exactly. I’ve always thought that Glitchtrap probably isn’t really Afton. He may have his malicious ideas and intelligence and maybe even knowledge, but I doubt that he has anything to do with the Person Afton once was. He lacks what makes someone human.
After all, the true Afton is still enjoying his time with Golden Freddy’s down there in hell.

The one question that may never be answered, is what made William Afton evil from the beginning?
P.s. Before anyone asks, yes I know that there's the chance the death of his kids made him evil, but from Special Delivery (in the game files) it was revealed that the Funtime robots were the first line of robots made from Afton Robotics. And from Sister Location, the blueprints show that the robots were made to catch kids. So William was evil from the beginning.

That is very impressive, how with almost no hard animations (not a lot of animation) you made it interesting and entertaining to watch.
This universe you created is very clever and i like the choice of glitchtrap you made, the not real William Afton, and the possibility of Springtrap (realy W.A.) and Glicthtrap meeting would be really cool i think. Also, how you described him is also interesting and I can't wait to see the next episode to see what will happen next. I'm also very intrigue about this facility, is it the same one that exploded some episodes ago, or a completely different place? Can't wait !

It's amazing and I'm very fascinated by this, i know it takes time to makes these, but I would really appreciate seeing more! the first video I had found was the interview with Cassidy, went to your channel and found the playlist, basically done with it now. I loved the little series you got goin on, but I think it needs more? Not trying to critique you on your work, its amazing, but I would like to see more characters being interviewed, such as the original 4, toy Freddy and mangled (even though mangled is just a robot) I would like to see her side of everything and her point of view on everything that has happened the past 30-ish years. ANYWAYS, just a suggestion, love the work and hoping to see more!!!
