Theres no saving grace once this item reaches the official server. If Radiant armor wasnt useless after that crappy adjustment, it'll definitely be more useless now. Athena's shield in the other hand is already struggling against a lot of magic dmg dealers, Pandora's box will fully destroy Athena's shield and its reputation.
Natan is just broken with this item
They really need to change the DMG from true DMG to magic DMG cuz it just deals way too much DMG

Not magic DMG , I think physical DMG will make it more weaker , because if the Pandora box deals magic DMG , it will trigger the magic DMG again .
@@Omar-Iraqi fact finally someone who think about it simply if it magic damage yes it can be defense ig? BUT remember the magic damage deal 1% of your max hp so it still extremely op or even more op against tank since example 10000 health tank ( that mean not much defense ) let say each shot dealt 80 magic damage so it gonna be 80 + your own magic damage which mean even more pandora box also there nothing that can counter it yet if u think since radiant is suck now and athena only 3 second

If anything, the true dmg to magic dmg conversion will make every squishy heroes die in an instance once they a mage's skill.

Congrats Devs, The Radiant Armor pretty much useless.
If they made it deal magic damage instead of true damage it would make the radiant armor a counter for the item

If this update go through without any changes we might actually see continous damage mages with Natan/Kimmy fill the gold lane instead of marksmans
There’s need to be some change, not even radiant/athena could counter, either it get nerf or new def item

No new def items, just buff the existing ones, like radiant armor. Since thats the item that was "supposed to" counter continuous magic dmg@@milkuetea
@@Plumbumismyname athena's shield too, radiant armor seems to do a better job blocking burst mages than athena's shield. multiple mages have more than one burst skill now, so athena's shield is pretty bad
Lunox is scary when using darkness ult but with Pandora its deadly combo
Fr now I'm worrying about replacing lightning truncheon with Pandora,s box with my build sice lighting truncheon hurts so much and so good for mobility

Cuz glowing wand will apply anti life steal+ stackable dmg against high hp targets, pandora gives high dmg against high hp targets+ execute spell for burst types and can consistently proc true dmg if you're multi hit, genius wand will reduce magic def along with diving glaive.
So I don't see any problem with full magic, even if squishies build rgm, Athena and radiant, it's not gonna stop the magic team to burst them down, with this update.
Tank high hp targets will just die.
No more physical heroes i guess with this updates, why waste time whn it can be countered by won
Lolita will be super useful especially countering the seekers back to the caster given the correct timing
they need to buff her shield tho by increasing it's hp scaling (or just revert it to be a duration) and make it have some cd based on the damage it reflects.
Imagibe if seekers can trigger on the ally, Nova gonna one shot allies

It's like having a starlium on steroids, + multi hit heroes can, apply, anti lifesteal, burn, genius wand, and this true dmg, that wont let survive any tanks or tanky fighters, let alone squishy targets.
It's like giving a potent execute to burst type heroes.

@@kurosu4364 is actually very effective, it can one shot the enemy plus pandora's box scale with magic damage. Imagine an enemy being hit by novaria'a second skill with 1200 magic damage then adding 4 pandora and to finish it off with sky piercer in only one hit 😂 ps. Pandora of im not wrong scale every 300 magic damage.

The Seekers DID hit the enemy for xavier ult. It only disappeared because projectiles go invisible after for flying for too long. However, the projectile will still fly at the same speed (invisble), hit enemy, and deal damage.
Johnson can benefit this alot with his ult and 2nd skill continuous damage

after enemy marked with the ring it accumulates every damage dealt from every instance to that ringed hero (i also remeber that his ult also increase damage received by the enemy )also pandora damage instance happen after the ring hit the enemy

just addtional info that Karina can use sky piercer and her ultimate resets whenever she kills the target maybe Karina meta this time. Another thing is Guinevere has still have a high burst damage even in tank build so it is a game changer for her I guess

Pandora’s box is similar to cellion and valentina. Cellion 3rd skill is like the same of Pandora’s box and Valentina’s 2nd skill is also similar to Pandora’s box.

The Pandora's box will definitely get balanced before release so I'm guessing that burst heroes won't be able to utilize it well since they can already one shot many heroes, the only one that can utilize them is the continuous damage types like lylia Kimmy valir or natan
