Last Update for June 2024

This is basically an update on my progress with physical and occupational therapy to treat my dystonia.
I hope it helps someone.
Earlier, I said I planned to post a monthly update to keep myself accountable and meet my goals this year.
I'm now making good on that---or trying to. :)
