Merci ! La séquence pour les aériens part, pour la transition a la fin du BS, d'une chute du haut du corps et les jambes vont rattraper (se mettre en route) toutes seules... Keep it Flow !
Hi Stephan, another great video and thanks for the English subtitles. Can you tell me do the pectoral muscles at the top of the chest remain loose like the arms in the swing? Thanks
miker dee it depends! The best way to know about it is to experiment 🧪 😃! Try with top half muscles 💪 tight and feel the difference with relaxed 😎... Then choose which is the best for you. Stay Flow 🤗⛳️👍
Thanks for the reply. I definitely think they should remain loose, I notice when I have tension in my pecs then the tension goes down the outside of my shoulders. As make very aware tension is a killer in the golf swing. I noticed this at the driving range and when I released the tension I had a much more consistent ball flight. Hope this helps someone 🏌️⛳️😀👍
