The burning happens to me with instant crush as well and they both have a similar vibe and both burn.

Different and worth having both .Rouge is clone of Baccarat EDP …..Ruby is clone of Baccarat Extrait The Ruby/extrait has an almond note and the Rouge/EDP doesn’t have an almond note. Smell different to my nose personally and they wear differently. The rash issues tends to happen if you’re in the sun ☀️.

Rouge and ruby are both dupes for the extrait version! The name had to be changed from rouge to ruby due to a lawsuit from MFK for using the name rouge!

I was flat out told by a female co-worker that lack of comments on a scent dont mean its not noticeable. It just meant a woman isnt that into the person wearing it. George Clooney can pull off a nice fragrance the 225 lb 5 ft 8 maintenance guy probably not
BR540 Its the Extrait that's more sweet, not the EDP. The Extrait has more of that candy floss smell
Amber Oud Rouge is based off the Extrait and has that sweet candy floss smell
For me, I couldn't smell it. 4 to 5 sprays on skin.. nose blind.. I have banana republic dark cherry and amber, I prefer that..
What size it the ruby you have?

Yes that’s correct. The Ruby / Extrait version has an additional note of almond so smells different than the Rouge/EDP. If you want a BR540 clone this is probably the best option. MANCERA instant crush is sort of similar but not as close to BR540 and its double the price! Depends which version you like personally… almond or no almond. Rouge is a bit louder and Ruby better longevity. You can go completely nose blind to both these , exactly the same as the original MFK fragrances 😊

@@ismailrasheed9978you probably can't smell anything after a few minutes because of the heavy dose of "ambergris" that's said to be in it. That alone can cause everyone to go noseblind instantly.
This stuff aint it. I dont wanna fuck up anyone’s business, but this really doesn’t smell good. I got mine before even trying the extrait and yes it is similar, but there is something in there that does 2 things. Smells like BO on my skin after it dries down and it also gave me a slight allergic reaction. I returned my bottle. I was kinda over the dna, but than I tried the real deal in perfumery on a trip and man… this stuff is heavenly. I had to get a bottle and its now my signature scent.

There is also a 200ml version. The performance isn't that great to me. I have never received any comments whilst wearing it nor have I noticed it on myself after the initial sprays.
You probably go nose blind to the scent, I do too. Trust me even when you think it’s not there anymore people can definitely smell it

Thing is that I have asked others if they detect it and they say they don't. I will retry asking others with a higher number of sprays.
@Shabbir Samad Don't let them lie to you it sucks. I just recieved it today did well over 10 sprays after 30 minutes didn't smell a thing. I also asked others and they couldn't smell it so I know I didn't go nose blind lol.....Smells good just sucks a**

Unfortunately I get the same weak performance with their other release 'Manege Rouge'. Pity as the money could have gone towards the real thing. If you want a half decent clone then Zara's 'Red Temptation' is pretty good.
