@@bergencountyrealestate After graduating from EPMHS in 1968 I went to NCE (now NJIT). In 1968 graduates were receiving 4-5 job offers each. By the time 1972 rolled around graduates were receiving 0 job offers. My parents had relocated to Houston, Texas in 1970 and the economy was BOOMING. So I moved to Houston. I have lived in Texas ever since. My infrequent trips back to NJ over the years have only reinforced that my decision to move was a good one.

It’s a cool place to set up shop and have some fun, especially if you’re positioned well financially… and at the end of the day yes, definitely not for everyone
