How u misguiding about the density.. Firstly u mentioned only 3 towers but the units per floor are 8 that is not justifiable in any luxury project. Secondly u mentioned, less units per acre. Tell me one thing whether the builder sold his project by no. of unit or per sqft. If u compare the sqft area per acre that would be approximately same as ur other projects..
What one will do construction update....This land parcel is located in a very bad location zeta sector....and is sandwiched between 3rd class project AVJ heights and other side ATS dolcr stuck 2nd phase.......Builde selling 9500 and PLC of 1200 Rs 😂 Pls go through videos are f AVJ heights and watch AtS project and even one can visit to know the reality of location
I really appreciate Sandeep ji. 1. Construction is happening in full swing. Raft is ready for Gamma Project. 2. It is individual perception to see things. For me this is best location. Everything a person needs today is readily available near this projects, weather it is Schools, Shopping Center, Highways, Industries and many things. 3. I agree with you, it is in between AVJ and ATS DOLCE. 4. ATS DOLCE is one of the best society in greater Noida, infact very few units come for resale in this project, You know 10 towers already handed over. 3 tower work is going on. For your information, There is huge demand of SKA Destiny one in market. Infact we have very less units of 1600 & 1757 Sqft. Thanks for responding.
