Hi Mr.Hino. How are you? I have a Lego Mindstorm set 31313. Can I just get the 45560 expansion set and mix it with the set I have, or must I get the 45544 core set as well?

Hey Ian!! If you have the 31313 set you're good. There are some differences between the 2 sets but you should be fine mixing the Expansion with the 31313 set.

Were you able to get the remote control working? We are having problems and getting a weird error message on the brick. There are no instructions on which programs to run on Znap to connect them. We have them connected via bluetooth but no luck. I've searched everywhere with no luck :(

Might you know which parts the education set has that the 31313 set doesn't have? My son has the latter, and I would like to source the extra parts to be able to follow educational-set builds without encountering a lack of vital parts.
