We head to La Suisse ll, a small 999-year development in the landed home enclave at Swiss View. With just 48 units, each unit here is bigger than your average new launch unit that you’d see today.
This particular unit we are touring is a 3 bedroom 2,043 square feet unit that comes with a sizeable open terrace (that can be enclosed via sliding panels). It has been totally renovated to the tune of $300k in an eclectic European style, with unique details and touches throughout the home.

Living room/dining room - very pleasant, suave and visually “nimble” space.
Essentially a very good styling job for sure. Stylish with a splash of playfulness!!!
A lot of Reno was done (300k) but unlike most local projects … imho not overbuilt/over designed. None of the almost boring fluted panels (too common - it’s everywhere) or walls and walls of unnatural looking laminates. No excessive amount of negative space.
Definitely in my top 3 list!

The wife had substantial input..especially the bedrooms lol a multitude of ideas.
The wife, who is also the homeowner and Singaporean, loves her colours and patterns and her personality is well reflected throughout the design!
