I love the pauze option, it's not only in the beginning!! Just not in the middle hot main wash i think, if you press pauze and the lock pictogram blinks it it will open in 1minuut, but if it does not blink well then you cant't open it at that cyclus.
I have had this washing machine for a week and although the cycles are good, why do I end up with water returning to the drum a few hours later. It was fitted by the delivery men so assume all is correct?
Sharon Hopton it would only cause streaks if the wash was not on a high enough temperature to dissolve the powder, 40 degrees is the best, if the cycle is too short it doesn't have a chance to dissolve and if the machine is too full the water doesn't flow through the clothes properly so the powder also won't dissolve then

We are about to purchase it and I want to ask you some things please... 1) Has it brought up any problems so far? Or did you find anything on it really non functional? 2) Is the sound so loud that you would think twice if you had to purchase it now? 3) Can you put something heavy like blankets to wash? 4) We are two people for now, but will probably expand our family in the close future. In your opinion, is it worth it such a big (8 kilos) machine or should I go to the 7 kilos one? Mostly, I'm thinking the 8 kilos as I want to have the chance to wash something heavier like blankets or mats now and then, and of course, make some economy as we will wash more cloths in one go. Of course if the 7 kilo can wash the above, it's cheaper to purchase.. so I'm a bit confused on what to do. And on the other hand I am worried, now we are two, whether it's easy to collect 8 kilos of eg white clothes before you completely run out of it. I know I ask much, but our machine is broken and we have to decide and move to a purchase quickly, so I appreciate anyone's help!! Thanks!!
Thanks for your video. is it normal that the water level is extremely low? on mine I cant even see the wather through the door. I can see that the clothes are wet and that's it. However, it seems that cleans properly. I know that HE maschines uses little water, but didn't think that was soo little.
If the water level in the drum is too high and if the water temperature is above 50 degrees the door will not unlock Until the water in the drum is pumped away and the water has cooled. Is this enough information?
I had the 12kg eco bubble, turned out to be the worst washer I owned, brand new to dead in 7 months. shame as I like the washer and I really like samsung products, work for a phone 📱 company so had a LOT Of phones: mainly samsung.
com nut it didn't get repaired (Samsung tried 6 times). The retailer i bought it from had gone bust. After a looong fight with Samsung, they took the machine and refunded me the full purchase price. Rental is good as if it breaks down the rental place takes care of it. However you will most likely always own a washer and depending on the rental cost per week, you may end up paying way more than the machine is worth and it will never be yours. Oddly enough I have another Samsung now (has been some years since), and although I don't love the machine, it washes good and is working ok so far but I have only had it a year.
The washer has been totally reliable, with no problems until last month when the drum ceased to work. However after five & half years of almost daily usage I was happy with that and bought the same model again, rather than spending money on repairs.

Here Are Some Info About the Error Codes and Option Error dE = Door Error - Displayed because the Door is not closed properly to clear this error code, push The door in and the washing cycle will begin If you like to wash with No Spin, Press the Spin button until the Spin Indicator goes out on the Cycle Display and the No Spin option will be turned on
This model from Samsung is noisy because it has a brushed motor. Samsung has other models which has the digital inverter motor. Digital inverter motors are brushless motors.

Whether the pause option is available within the first 5 min or its available only after some time?
I find mine very noisy on the fast spin now that it's around 2 years old. My downstairs neighbour has complained a few times about the rumpus.

Yes that should be ok. These Eco machines use much less water now and the 'bubble' washing helps to clean clothes.
