Bruh this house nice but aint no way its 1 mil! Great vid
It’s worth that much because of its location but I agree with you
Location location location! City Park is one of my favorite areas of New Orleans!
I’m so in love why do i have to be so poor 😭 can we get a deal considering the crime rate in Nola?
In Chicago it’s called a bungalow right across the street from Marquette Park. You can get them all day for $225,000
Over a mil and you get to listen to traffic noise all day long. Still, gorgeous property - killer leaded glass front door completely obstructed by security gates :(
In Houston, this would be converted to a business space since the zoning laws are so relaxed.

I like the property but I don't see the asking price, into the property.
I couldn't help but notice that there's a A/C unit hanging outta the window. There's no way that house is worth 1.5 million.
Nice
It's nice, but the bathrooms are small to me. I like a big master bathroom with a huge tub. Seems kinda rare in NOLA, but we have them all over here in Georgia.
I too love a good soaking tub!
It’s a period home, though.
1.5 Mill?! Really?
It sold at $1,350,000, so technically it is worth around that amount. A property is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Generally, these list prices depict a "suggestion" of value, but we only truly arrive at a valuation when it sells or is appraised professionally.
All of my very best,
Jacob

New Orleans properties are obscene. Cross the line into Jefferson, in neighborhoods where it doesn't flood, and huge homes are assessed at less than 200k :(
Lol it's the staging for me. The plastic table and 2 chairs. It don't look like a million dollar home to me. Probably half that

We were about to have an open house and the plastic table and chairs were so we had somewhere to sit. The property was otherwise vacant.
All of my very best,

Can I rent it for a daycare ?
Wait that house has a basement?
This is not worth no 1.5 mil
It’s worth that much because of its location but I agree with you
TG MAR no way, that enter city is almost all ghetto. All the houses there should be cheap- mid priced
Team Goliath yea 😂 I'm in New Orleans I already said I agreed with you but it is a little more pricey to live by city park n stuff.
Team Goliath czcams.com/video/qnRS5tcdlH0/video.html this one is better
TG MAR who said u were in TG?
I like the location, but the house design is really bad. The price might be cause by the location. The highway just infront of your door. It is noisy, very noisy ...
Hua NO.
