Game shows are my favourite Sidemen content. They don't need to big or overblown, its just fun to play along and enjoy the fun, banter, and inevitable dumb moments.
Three peak challenge together would be a great vid. The sidemen will automatically get like 5mil views on any video so Simon is right it is worth trying new concepts

What do you mean you disagree? You only mentioned 1 game show, that you personally liked. But that wasn't even the narrative of what Simon was talking about. In terms of success, the gameshows are weaker than the rest, analytically too. It wasn't about whether people like them or not.

Surprising that Simon doesn’t see the benefit of tracking his health. I can’t speak for Whoop, but my Garmin watch is great tbh. Showing me my body battery, sleep score, HRV, Pulse and training status etc;
This information helped me change my sleeping and training habits, I get better quality sleep and feel fitter and can recover faster.
I’m a brain cancer survivor and I have PTSD. Since 2016 I’ve struggled to switch off my brain. I feel the Garmin has helped me identify problems and find ways to correct them.
It’s been very beneficial, for me at least.
It depends on the person. I also have a Garmin and I use it for sports and every day, especially for swimming, but I never use it to sleep because I get stressed when it tells me that I don't get enough sleep, at least in my case it's not mentally healthy to be thinking if I sleep well or badly
Would you mind sharing how more data changing your sleeping habits? I've been struggling with this for a long time and tried to use data to help me track sleep but I don't find value in it because it doesn't tell me anything super unique about my sleep? Like even if I wake up every few minutes or whatever with minimal rem sleep...what would I do to fix it?
@@cheetah219 I didn’t realise how poor my sleep had always been. I knew it was bad, but until I had data to back that up I wouldn’t have made the changes to improve.
The most valuable and easy statistic for me to follow was my HRV which is the most overall health/sleep indicator in my opinion. If I kept my HRV balanced, my sleep would improve and then my body battery would fully recharge every night.
The way I got my sleep and HRV in check was routine mostly and better habits. I used to drink caffeine to much and at any point in the day. No caffeine in the afternoon now.
I have my sleep reminder for 11pm. Over time I’ve adjusted, and my brain naturally dozes off to sleep around then. I used to go to bed at inconsistent times.
I also meditate, but realistically it’s just breathing techniques. I notice even with a busy morning I can keep my body battery in check to prevent bottoming out. By taking moments to focus on my breathing and force myself to relax.
Look up Andrew Huberman on breathing techniques you can do to reduce stress fast.
I turn my phone and tv brightness down at night and try to put the screens down at least 1 hour before going to bed. I sleep with ambient music and that has also helped with creating a routine.
I’ve made sure I don’t go to bed hungry and eat dinner at a reasonable time. Previously I was very sporadic with my eating. And that meant I’d use the bathroom at weird hours of the night or wake up hungry from not eating a proper meal for dinner.
And being more active and consistently using up my body battery throughout the day to build up my resilience has improved my sleep dramatically.
I MTB ride, hike, little bit of gym. And always get my 10.000 steps in no matter the weather or how sore I’m feeling from a previous work day or work out.
Build up your body battery’s resilience by constantly using it along with getting the correct recovery and over time your HRV and sleep will improve.
I’m aware I could’ve made these changes without the data of the Garmin. But seeing how/what effects me and how I can see progress when I make changes keeps me accountable to myself.
I know that’s a novel to read but the easiest way to put it is.
Make good habits, create a routine and after a while it will improve your sleep, which will improve your energy levels.

@@JasonWilliams89 sleep data, health data and body battery data can all be correlated back to sleep. You then can use that data to evaluate and make changes to improve your sleep and slowly see improvements.

It makes it better. When you have wrong and "funny" answers in the Weakest link one or any other "covers". Go off script because it creates banter, which I think is the best thing about Sidemen. If you just did the exact format - I just do not see the point of watching. So thanks Folabi for that appearance.

only problem with sidemen is they think too much about views. they've established themselves now. if you look at beta squad never hear them talk about how many views their videos get, what it is out of 10, they just upload content, sidemen need to stop thinking too much about views, their audience will watch it regardless
