Gabriel IS a gospel singer. That is his first love. I think all his Portuguese songs are gospel and praise songs, and they are beautiful to listen to. Please react to And I’m Telling You I’m Not Going. (Not a gospel song) And you should listen to some of his Portuguese songs. My favorite is Fem Di Tarde, which is an R & B song and he just slays it! So many great covers by Gabriel. My favorites besides these two include, Feelin’ Good, Lead The Way, Goodness of God…All by myself”, Stand Up, One Sweet Day, and oh, so many more!

Favorites are Alem do Rio Azul (Beyond the Blue River), Jesus Mei Guia e (Jesus is My Guide) and OI Extraordinario, among many others. He was raised singing in church and is close to Gid and he's more comfortable and emotional when singing for God. Just a few suggestions in his native Brazilian Portuguese. Stu from NYC.
