This was an isolated incident it was a 15 year and 16 year old got into an argument or a fight and one pulled out a handgun and shot the other. He was treated for a head injury, it's hard to discern whether it was due to the altercation or injuries sustained during his arrest.

Well, not in all cases should you fight. If you know you can fight well or the offender has already spotted you, that's where you can at least try and fight. If you don't know how to fight that well or the offender hasn't spotted you, then you try to act like you're dead or hide.

I am in my school's marching band. We had a similar situation at an away game and let me tell you that it was a very quiet ride home (I was on the loud bus. If you're in marching band, you know what I'm talking about). Luckily, nobody was hurt or killed, but it could've been worse. The lesson today is that we need better gun rules in our country. What a shame.

Better security at all sports and concert events and any other "soft target" functions?
