These are the famous dancing inmates from the CPDRC prison in Cebu, Philippines. They original did the Thriller dance and that has the most hits for them on youtube. The dancing inmates perform live the last Saturday of every month for a FREE 2 hour show performing between 15-16 songs. The dancing provides great exercise, moral, and team building for the prisoners.
