  • A restored cut from the the LP, "All Folk Together", a 1970 compendium featuring various Irish and Scottish traditional music artists, including the Livingstones.
The Livingstones were a Scottish band that thrived in the mid to late 1960s, and usually consisted of Frank McKay, Ken McKay, David McCabe, and John Dempsey.
The song, "Johnny Cope" or "Johnnie Cope" is a traditional song, the lyrics sometimes attributed to the poet Robert Burns and sometimes to Adam Skirving. The song describes the flight of Sir John Cope and the British Army from the Scottish Jacobite army and Bonnie Prince Charlie, at the Battle of Prestonpans.
