Foxbody is a beast irl and In game but my only beef is past 120 it stops climbing as fast so once you get there it still is speeding up but slower

How do I unlock ultimate parts for these cars seems on my console it only allowed me to upgrade to elite not ultimate plus and it’s only available on higher tiers cars
