Delicious meats and winter warmers are made easy with the Slow Cook function, which is designed for foods that need longer cooking times at lower temperatures.
Instructions:
1. Insert your wire rack to the bottom position and use the function dial to select the Slow cook function.
2. There are two pre-set temperature displays, low and high, that can be selected using the Temperature dial.
3. Activate the Slow Cook function with the start/cancel button and look for the orange LCD indicating preheating. Once the oven is preheated, you’re ready to put in your food and start the slow cooking process.
Top Tips:
1. Always bring what you’re cooking to a simmer on the stove before placing into the Smart Oven™ Pro
2. Make sure your cooking dish is no heavier than 13lb.
3. Cook lower and slower for dense meats.
