  • In this guided journey to the realm of the ancestors, you will journey your consciousness to a sacred place in nature where you will meet at least one of your high vibrational ancestors (either from past or future) to receive their love and guidance.

This is really well done, Chelsea Cora. The candle video is simple and appropriate--in my humble opinion.
If I may share: In 2009, at the beginning of my journey in sobriety, I found my own place to live at 43 years of age.
My old Boxer Dog and I shared a tiny cinder block building with a metal roof, nestled between an old farm house and a huge trailer park. Because my perspective led to intense gratitude, that place was heaven. (Too many beautiful details to list).
Still, I was struggling with meditation; I needed something to focus on. What fascinates me? What is a universal aesthetic?
Quiet Fire, or the just-right coffee cup...? Both? Warmth in my hands and peace in my mind. God bless you Chelsea Cora.
