Yes! Dimash is so sweet! And he says what you said, that without the Dears there is no Dimash. Take a look at his concert in the rain. That was when I fell in love with him (in a "motherly 54 year old way of course!" 😅) It's rather impossible not to!
For all these things, we love him more! The only thing that worries me is that he does not wear a mask, and is surrounded by many people. We want it healthy.
It's entirely possible-if not guaranteed, given that he's been travelling for a while-he's vaccinated, and it's been found that Covid doesn't seem to spread well in outdoor spaces, even when people aren't wearing masks. It's indoor spaces that are a problem, but being vaccinated helps a great deal.

You definitely don't want to be the girl who fell and was comforted by him. She used to take beautiful photos of him. After this incident Chinese fans got jealous, accusing he of falling on purpose to get his attention. They unleashed a barrage of online bullying her way. She completely pulled back and no longer takes photos. Unfortunately the Chinese fans are well known for cyber bullying. I have a Chinese friend who has been on the receiving end of this. So no, Chinese dears are not all sweet and innocent little girls
