    Recipe (Serves 3-4)

    Ingredients
    For Manchurian
    • Salt - I tsp
    • Black pepper Powder - 1 tsp
    • Schezwan Chutney - I tsp
    • soya sauce - 1 tsp
    • Garam Masala - 1 tsp
    • white flour (Maida) - 1 cup
    • corn flour - 1 cup
    • Paneer cubes - 1 cup
    For Gravy
    • Oil - 1 tbsp
    • Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
    • Chopped ginger- 1 tsp
    • Chopped green Chili - 1 tsp
    • whole red Chili - 4 Nos
    • Chopped spring onion - 1 tbsp
    • Medium capsicum cut 1 cup
    • Medium Onion cut - 1cup
    • Schezwan chutney - 2 tsp
    • Tomato Ketchup - 3 tsp
    • soya sauce 2 tsp
    • corn flour 1 ½ tsp
    • Salt - 1 tsp
    • black pepper-1 tsp
    • Green spring onion - 2 tbsp
    • Chopped coriander - 1 tbsp
    Method
    • Take a bowl and add salt, black pepper powder, Schezwan Chutney, Soya sauce, Garam masala, white flour (Maida), corn flour, little bit of water and make a thick batter to coat paneer.
    • Now add paneer cubes in batter and coat paneer Cubes with batter and then fry them in hot oil.
    • While frying the paneer stir the paneer cubes gently and slowly take care that paneer cubes shouldn’t break.
    Fry them till it get crispy brown.
    • Now take pan and pour oil in that and start heating it then add chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped green chill, whole red chili, chopped spring onion, Medium capsicum and onion cuts, Schezwan Chutney, tomato ketchup, Soya sauce, little bit of water, then cook everything and make slurry in another bowl then add Slurry in mixer which we are cooking.
    • Once sauce getting thick texture then add & salt, black Pepper powder, and add paneer Manchurian in that gravy, and add green part of spring onion & Chopped coriander.
    • Now it's ready put it on plate and serve it.
