I didn't think the woman in red was impolite, sure she was argumentative but not in a rude manner, what I thought was rude was that blonde woman trying to start beef just for the sake of it. But of course, these shows are edited and we don't get to see the whole context or what really happened, so no way to know for sure, and the contestants are under a lot of stress.
