Thank you Yendi and Lila for normalizing and having conversations around mental health in Jamaica. This is often seen as a taboo topic which a lot of people (sadly) don't take serious until you're eating off of a bin. Our medical professionals need to also know that not all mental health issue/s is/are drugged related.

Half way through and I can say…. It’s refreshing to see two beautiful women intimately speak about how our doubt can kill our dreams… Yendi understood exactly where Lila was coming from with the ‘expectation agenda’ clearly from her own experiences. What a joy and example it is for other humans to see ourselves and tragedies in people we see as out heroes!!! I am happy in my heart for this!!!
