I think we should be able to turn the timer know anti-clockwise. Better to consult the manual, otherwise what if I set an incorrect time? I have to wait till the set time elapses.... Please see the manual once, if it can be turned anti-clockwise...

Hi. I really loved your video finally someone talking about temperature calibration. I just want your guidance please consider helping
1. Does the oven maintain heat properly like even if i open the door and close it back it will reach back to the same temperature
2. If i lower the temperature from 200 to 180 suppose so will it lower down
Asking because my previous OTG majorly had these issues.
