- and suddenly it's July already and you have 1 month left to be summer ready... In 1 month I will be going on a trip to Italy. I love European summers ☀️ However, I do want to get in a better shape. That's why I'm going to start this diet vlog series for 1 month! I hope you enjoy 🥰 (can't wait to eat my noodles again tho)

How much do you spend on food groceries on average? (In €)
All looks good but I’m sorry … you said you want to be in a calorie deficit but do you mesure the food ? It seems like you eyeball everything. Maybe you’re already an expert but I doubt it. Friendly advice to lose body fat : calculate every macro and eat more protein ! 😊

why? it’s commonly used in hot teas as a sweetener
@@perfectlyimperfect1681 it kills the enzymes and bacterias of honey and its starting to make honey toxic at this point so might be fatal after eating the honey.

the research i’ve done it seems to be a myth or you have to heat up honey to a very high temp.
