Ideal for all levels of freedivers who want to effectively train their monofin technique or want to experience the power of a monofin before committing to purchase premium equipment such as the PRO Monofin 4 Fiberglass or the PRO Monofin 4 Carbon. The CORE Silicone Monofin is also ideal for mermaids who require more performance, speed, and a sense of security inside of their mermaid tail.
The silicone blade has a large surface area for more power, yet is smaller and more affordable than a composite freediving monofin. Four blade rails are evenly distributed across the CORE Silicone Monofin blade to create stability. Additionally, a semi-rigid foot pocket-to-blade connection makes learning the coordination and balance of the monofin technique much more effective than with bifins.
Foot pockets on the CORE Silicone Monofin are modeled after our lightweight bifin foot pocket. Anatomically-designed open-heel straps provide maximum support, arch support delivers optimum foot positioning, and a 100% hypoallergenic silicone construction makes for comfortable wear over long periods of time. I have had mine for 2+ months and what an outstanding training Monofin and I am 62" and in full honesty it gave my 16 years of swimming a new meaning. Going from 3k+ workouts 3 times a week down to 1-1.5 km apnea x3-4 per week is strange but I love it and YES I did order the new PRO Monofin 4 Fiberglass and yes there is an extended waiting time but fine by me. With small luck I will blast the pool about mid Dec... with a BIG smile. P.S. and those that have tried them I still get a smile from them, that is enough for me.

@@MolchanovsFreediving Big blue arrived yesterday.😃 It felt a bit weird in the beginning but I do love it. I asked swimmer/monoswimmers about the correct movement and started a slow training focusing on the "wave" feeling. I have to find my rhythm and the feeling how long I can enjoy the gliding phase. It's very different from DNF. I need to watch a lot of videos. Back diving is amazing.😍
I love them. dolphins kicks come so naturally when wearing them . Is a lot easier yo swim in them and fast. 👍

I have the fiberglass bifins with pathos foot pocket, and my size there is 40-41. Though the toes are coming out and without it I believe I had needed 42-43, and I don't wear socks or anything with them. Should I get the same size (40-41) or 42-43?
