It's unbelievable how underrated this band is, clearly one of the best metal acts ever. Allen is fantastic as always.
I think fans don't underrate it. Maybe they can't promote themselves enough (or don't want to).
Allen is totally epic. His voice is perfection recreating the sounds of any genre through all the past.

This band deserves much more recognition! One of the few metal bands I know with extremely complex music and the live quality is practically the same as in the studio.

This is a great show more Symphony X live is always wanted. What a Band, one of the greatest prog.metal bands of our time, fronted by two Legends in Mike Romeo and Russell Allen. A FANTASTIC CONCERT and to bring it home with Odyssey, was truly the apple juice /Cream on top. Beautifully filmed Alain Trentini , congratz for a great SHARE.

Saw them just after they released Underworld when they toured the U.S. with Overkill, like I'm talking 1st or 2nd date on the tour. So Russell's voice super fresh & sounded amazing! They played predominantly material from the new album, except for a few older songs (Of Sins & Shadows, Set The World On Fire, Serpent's Kiss, etc.). These guys always do a bangup job live on stage. Have been concerned about Russ after that bus accident with Adrenaline Mob. Glad to see he's back at it! Fuck shit up Gents!!!

I'd buy that in a heartbeat. I'd like to have a three or four disc set of some of the best from all their tours. They seem to do a few from the latest album in a group. Two or three tours on each disc with the best show from this coming tour complete on disc one.

Thomas Miller es el mejor bajista y lo sera siempre. Thomas Miller forever the best bassist of Symphny X. The lord of Bass.
He seems to be using some sort of distortion pedal that creates a sound which melts into Romeo's rhythm tone. You can make it out sometimes like in 26:41 or almost whenever there's a solo.
I truly believe that this is the pinnacle of operatic progressive metal!!! The standard!!!

I've been there (on the left with the white EVH Striped shirt), right in front of Micheal Romeo, my hero! It was incredibly hot inside and luckily there was no fire, since escaping would be an issue. But...this is my ultimate favorite band!!! Great concert!! I like those small venues!

Sometimes playing the small gigs like this can bring the band & the fans closer. Also to prove that their musicianship is top notch

This band should be playing in stadiums and arenas. They are way too good for small clubs.
But like Russ said... they are not "rock stars", they are "musicians". They certainly do have the respect of their peers.
Hard to find decent bootleg footage of their shows. Most of them are unwatchable.
This one is decent quality. One of the better ones I have seen. The audio is not bad, I can actually hear everything!

The only reason SymphonyX is not playing Giant Arena's and Stadiums is because unlike all the other Rap Artists and fake Pop stars, they haven't pledged allegiance to the Cabal/Freemasons of the Music industry like S_NY etc. It's way too obvious !@@!.
