I never knew I has to know my career identity until I watched this video, so incredible simple but also pretty valuable, still not sure of my first try doing my statement but I will make it better

This lady's voice is CZcams gold. Here is the basic format she discusses (below). The video was very helpful and I would absolutely recommend watching the whole thing. The career identity statement reminds me of when they tell entrepreneurs to have an elevator pitch ready at all times for their business. This is like your 'why should I care' elevator pitch for future recruiters. Best of luck to all.
