Damn y'all! I clicked on your Formosa 51 thumbnail as I luv them Taiwan leaky tiki's. You ether like them or your missing out. The Formosa 51 is a dream boat but is just to big for solo sailing for a average skilled sailor. A friend had a Choey Lee 36 Clipper ketch and I have wonderful memories of those days long past. ANY-HOO back to the damn you part. After watching that episode I had to go and subscribe and now have binge watched back to back episodes 1 to 16 then this episode popped up in notifications after this it will be off to episode 17. Ha I really didn't want to get anything done today anyway. Even tho I came to follow the rebuild of the Formosa I am pleased to see your other content as well as I love wooden boats especially the saved old ones they are irreplaceable treasures. My first boat I built in the early 1980's was a 11' 6" Herreshoff “Columbia” Dinghy of Port Orford cedar. Oh the good ol days. I lived in SoCal so drove up just over the Oregon border and paid a premium of $2.10 bd ft for 500 bd ft 8/4 that was 7 years air dried. OK Chatty Cathy will shut up now keep the videos coming!

Drop a line over the side and catch a fish or two for we from other countries. Australia here 🇦🇺 Fresh fruit and vegetables on a boat are a luxury. Save the salted fish and hard tack for a survival situation 😅 This video reminds me of the many times I've spent with friends anchored up on Fraser Island.

Can I share if not aware, omg Garrett (the true academic of all things re saving our continually attacked sea and ocean...like his career is entrenchec within) is Uncharted Odyssey. Dives every way and is a film creator like few. So quiet as he floats through varied waters. Omg his VIsl. vids potholes, river, the fallsvids will take your breath away. Deserves a kajillion followers. He water runs with rocks etc. Then Chris, PNW Sampson, also Van.Isl. plus Clayton, Aquatic Monkey (famous for cleaning up after the various pigs trash out within Valley lakes) are warriors for water ways/sea and fish+++ education..Clayton drops in F.Creek Oct to May to clean up. I am continually worried fir him as you have shared the grossness there. There is Mr. Wild (Joseph) Sharing the Wild on VI...he is just a natural now at freediving as trained properly + with Chris etc. I share about them all.as the BC waterway peeps gotta support each other I feel. Be it open water swimming, boating, sailing, scuba, free diving, snorkelling+ it runs in the dna of all so many.
