What? Would you rather Formal rage and gets the team frustrated, and in a panic? That would make a bad situation MUCH worse.
I think it depends on the team, I know some teams I’ve been on they’d need told “hey boys, we need to step up this is abysmal” but I think for Optic it’s good to keep them level headed.
I think it doesn’t help Stud knows these guys can be better than they were playing recently and in that first hardpoint.

@@ch4se Just because the boys have had a tough few events doesn't immediately mean theyre washed or done. Idk what happened, but teams used to work through problems making victory that much better. Now they just bench and trade players for immediate results that'll die next week. Prime example: Huke to Theives. Fantastic players, but they just don't mesh.

Good win against LAG, but they go against Dallas, Ultra, and many other good teams and unless the whole team is in top form they won’t win
Hopefully this gives them the confidence they need because I know their morale was pretty low before this. Hope to see optic go a decent ways in the tournament.

Hecz said in the pre show that he wouldn’t split up the team until after the lan event because all of optic are proven on lan. I’m happy for the win and hopefully they can make a run for it in losers

I’m not an extremely knowledgeable person as I’ve never been a pro, but when compared to other sports I do know, OpTic need a coaching change. Teams that are full of talented players yet struggle constantly doesn’t mean the players suck. It means the coach sucks. Even good players need a decent coach. And I have nothing against the coach. But if anything is gonna be changed, I hope they change that first, well before they try to change the players.

Optic fans have every right to fell good about beating an LAG team whose teamwork as been excellent and have battled well against every team they’ve played. No one said they’re as good as the top teams anyways. The roster is capable but they still have work to do to get there. This is a major too so you can’t count out any teams chance to go on a run.
