After watching a bunch of salty content creators after I started with Arena (no offense to anyone in particular), I found I had more fun playing the game playing like LegenVD. Just thinks about the game and clearly has fun, just in a more realistic way without whooping, like we all do at home.

IF LegenVD is reading this, i wanna say Thank you! Before you give up reading my text haha!
Damnnn. I kinda rage quited MTG Arena because it was the most rage i have ever had playing a game in my entire life (currently 31). I played a lot and LegenVD was the first channel i found to learn the game, it was a great channel and must still be! After nearly a year being done with it, CZcams suggested this video and i decided to watch it and see whats up with the game nowadays, turns out Legend is playing the archetype that was the nail in the coffing for me, Flash/Counter Spell Hahahah! I endured a lot of annoyances during my playtime and blue/ish decks were the most irksome of them, i was holding up to my psychologic resistance on the edge until the new Exp landed with all those flashy flash cards and there was one blue/green being played a lot that wouldn't let me play at all, it was sad and infuriating, haha!
Don't get me wrong, i know it's part of the game and what a game... It's beautiful and incredible, i loved playing it but i didn't have the emotional resistance to keep doing so but im still fond of it and of my memories! Managed to reach mythic 3 times, two with my own deck creations it was fun and very satisfying. Anyways i would like to Thank you, Mister LegenVD, loved watching your videos, thaught me nearly everything i know about playing magic, also, best voice and accent out there!

I think that simic flash is a better deck overall. Dimir flash solves the problem of card draw during the mid-game, but simic has access to way more powerful spells that more that make up for it missing heartless act and slitherwisp. The great shark in this deck is like a worse frilled mystic, and simic flash just has so many threats and finishers. The only question now is whether a mana base exists to create sultai flash.

Prefer the more control version with omen and ashiok erasure, slitherwisp is a bomb tho.
As expected dimir flash is awesome but lacks a companion and right now all top tier decks have 1 companion, dimir needs to find his companion if it wants to stand a chance imo.
8card hand vs 7 is huge.
Im talking about fires, obosh and other piles running around where the deck is great on its own and just has a busted 8th card. The azorious companion is also very underrated with the omens, atris and narset. Also great on fires to cast a 3rd spell if you dont mind the less consistent fires draws.

@@nicholasmays4257 Exactly, there will be a lot of iterations with this set.
It is wide open to too many different synergies.
It's too early to say anything.
Theros took a few weeks to settle the meta, Paulo Vitor said he wasn't sure about the Azorius deck until the two hours before submting it to Wizards for the World Championship.
The meta top tier deck in Throne of Eldraine after Oko banned was Rakdos Knights when people realized the power of Embercleave. That was after the Mythic Championship that at the time was taken by a Jund Sacrifice deck from Kannister.
Right now is more about skills when climbing the ladder than the decks themselves. So many options...
