Pretty simple. The NYC apt is still under reno and cant live in it yet. The Hamptoms house was rented out for Aug and Sept..,thats why they were in Europe on vacation. Hamptons rentals get big $$$ in the summertime.

Trust me when I say I know exactly what you mean. It sounds glamorous, the Equinox hotel is gorgeous. But jumping from hotel to hotel can get so tiring so fast no matter how nice. I had to travel a lot for my last job, it was cool and I went to cool places but I missed home almost immediately. I can’t even imagine the stress you have with a baby plus working a business and contracting DJ and content creator jobs. But you guys are resilient in making it work!!!! 👏🏽☺️

My moms place was being renovated and she was out of the country so I was handling it and had to live in hotels and airbnbs for a full year 😭 I ended up having to take a break from college because of the constant moving. Winter/Spring months they have full personal family occupancy. That's one way to own Country/vacation/2nd home. Make it make you income and you live for free 9 months of the year. But it must be in an area that's desired by vacationers.
