Till I list all power nearly lol an parked it nearly thru the piston out the cylinder ate my sleeve take it apart. It's only a junk engine. Got 30 hours on it an everything is broken pressed bearings crank all needs to be pressed in. Never again junk 4 stroke is it. Plus they not good from jumping I guess makes them suck in to much an blow up.. trash real bikes dont do that. It locked up drinking water an I forced it to run for a few days lol but I knew. It ate my rings an the spring locks for the piston. Not worth it in my mind unless your just gonna play on it an you gotta know it will lock up an cling yah so I dont play I with em anymore not with what happen go my motor junk shoulda last a year atleast no 30 hours of run time like 2 months if
To anyone who's still struggling: I spent the better part of a day working out that I didn't have the clutch properly adjusted. It's gotta give a lot of resistance, basically push the clutch in until it physically won't budge and then tighten. Hope this helps someone
My motor is brand new and I tried hopping on the seat to brake it loose but it ain't budging. It'll go backwards and click but not forward. it's stuck pretty good

that is what happened to me today, the wheel turns and the motor runs good for a little while then gets stuck again, after a couple of minutes moves again then again aftr a few mins it gets stuck again, i do hear like a metal grinding noise even while the motor is off , is this clutch or is it the bearings?
I built my first time ever kit 80 cc bike my clutch keeps locking up on me this is what I did to get the wheel free .it worked but I'm trying to figure out why it keeps doing it to me it's done it 4 times so far n passed 3 days

last few rides, when i get home my wheel has been like that, just dragging. i keep tightening my clutch cable but it seems to keep happening. but the next morning it seems ok. i am wondering if the heat of the engine is causing a problem that goes away after it cools off? cable stretching or something? or is it the pads in the clutch sticking? otherwise bike runs great.
Already had the cover and clutch plate off and then watched your video. Put the spark plug socket on the nut. Used a small scewdriver to hold/turn socket and put pressure on clutch one direction and used a flat tip screwdiver on a tooth of the large clutch gear to gently tap with hammer the opposite direction. broke free after two or three taps. Thanks so much! New engine works fine. The engine chain seems to bounce alot... Any suggestions. More tension? Less? Thanks

I got a 4 stroke kit and put it together and the centrifugal clutch was destroyed within 10 minutes of riding. I ordered a new clutch but what did I do wrong?
@@HughesMotorized yeah I wasn't pedaling to take off. Also the transmission bell was rubbing a little bit, which I figured out when I took it all apart. It spins freely now just waiting on the new clutch.
Exactly! As suggested in lubing I took the sprocket cover off, installed chain, lubed the shaft to the bar and bearing, then stuck it all back together. After that, adjusted chain length and mounted the tensioner. To my @#$!! dismay! That darn clutch was stuck. I was like "Oh shyt.. wdid?" So I pulled the clutch cover open and screwed around with its doo-hicky but the plate just did nuthin. Then I did the only logical thing I could do, find this video. While I had the cover open I figured (hey, lets pop it with my trusty rubber mallet) And BamMo! Clutch just fine. Thanks! Now to adjust that doo-hicky again... LOL

Clutch engaged = back wheel won't turn. Pull in lever and DIS-engage the clutch and the rear wheel should turn. That said, perhaps the clutches flower nut needs tightening or the preload
I cant find out what my problem is. The clutch is fine as well as spark and carb I'm sure. It is something else. Every time I try to start it it just won't pop. It is just a brake right now...😑
Use your butt. Pull in on clutch lever push bike forward (yes, dragging rear tire) and slam your butt down hard on the seat pushing down and forward. Viola! No more stuck clutch.
@@HughesMotorized I had to pull the cover off and there was a lot of debris from the pads when they cut pads for their shape the didn't get the trimmings off. I cleaned them out and it broke loose. Thank you
@@HughesMotorized I also am having issues keeping the engine running. I have to keep it at least half way choked or it would bog out and I have to keep revving the throttle but when I stop it cuts out. Any ideas for me?

Might have misaligned transmission or were you riding it by not pedalingvwhen you take off?

@@adamnester1202 Carb might not be fully pushed in causing air to enter on intake. Carb cable not setup correctly. Case gasket / crank seal leak
