Does anybody else find it ironic that though David has been on CZcams for over 10 years, longer than nearly all other major producers in CZcams, and has played a major part in repopularizing the ocarina, only has 131,000 subscribers?
He posts regularly as well, unlike some people on CZcams (Jon Cozart we are all staring at you right now)

I just got mine in 2 days t looks and sounds "EXACTLY" like you said. I cant put it down. I have already memorized the scale on it. I ordered the Alder wood model. It is "REALLY" worth the money. I'm so glad that I invested in this one. Off to the store to get some Sweet Almond Oil so it wont dry up on me. I have no complaints about this one. I give it a 10 for being a 4 hole Ocarina. Great for those who are just starting out on Ocarinas.
Oh my gosh, now I’m tempted to buy the red and walnut ones, ha ha! Guilty as charged since I recently bought myself a two chamber ocarina from Songbird.
I never thought that ocarina collecting would become this addictive. Heck, I didn’t even think that I’d get into it myself.
I did it because my sister, who passed away in 2017, wanted to get herself a sweet potato one, but never did. Since I’m not a visual artist and my mom hates my Shakespearean style skits and Irish vibratos, playing the ocarina myself was the best that I could do.
But anyway, awesome pieces you got there! So lucky that you are able to cultivate your passion like that. :)

I love the symbolism in the design. I prefer the sound of wooden ocarinas over clay ones, and now I really want to start playing again.

3:47 Oh god, I just got a rush of sadness! That lullaby always reminds me of a little moose stuffy that I have that plays the lullaby. I couldn't sleep without listening to it, and then the sound box died one night. I didn't stop crying for about a week after it was put in a box in my closet...
I had a plush mouse that played that song, and the music box died at some point too. My parents performed surgery on it and repaired it! :)

Very nice.. I seem to be only abla to play the Langley concert pitch ocarina. i have several others by him.. a duet one and a bass one among other s but i play with a classical English Morris side.. ( dancers) and i play by ear with the harmonium player. i cant use either of my other ocarinas.. i wonder how much the wooden ones, here cost.

How do you get that vibrato. I have a clay ocarina and I am not able to get that kind of a tone (vibrato)

I have one wooden 4 holes ocarina. The last two high notes, B and C, do not sound. The others sounds fine. I don't undestand why this hapens. Somebody can help me?

Be careful about buying too cheap. If you get an ocarina of poor tone quality it may put you off from pursuing playing. My first ocarina was from Songbird and I really like it, well now them.

David,I'm still trying to get in contact with Marlin about the Round A-key Ocarina in alder or walnut. I got one email from him last week. I would like to start the order procedure and acquire this ocarina. I don't know where to look. Amazon has the ones in G. I was looking for the ones in the key of A. If you can help me with this venture, I would be very grateful for it. If you can give me the webpage that takes orders. That would be awesome.
