  • McDonald’s has been an amazing partner with the Round-Up campaign by asking their customers if they want to Round-Up for RMHC to the nearest dollar. The diligence of crew members at 125 restaurants in our Central Ohio region allows Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Ohio to keep 206 families close to their hospitalized children.
On February 14, RMHC of Central Ohio had a 1 Day contest - “Show Your Love for RMHC” - the top 5 stores who had the largest percentage of Round-Up transactions during the contest would be shown some LOVE and spotlighted by RMHC of Central Ohio. In a series of videos, our communications manager Rick Shepherd talks to the teams at each of these winning restaurants as he tags along with our the chapter's point person on the Round-Up program, Lulani Gualberto. In this first video of the series, they visited The Beverly and McConnelsville restaurants where the Petula Organization operates both restaurants because the Beverly location took first place in the competition and the McConnelsville location took second place. Congratulations to both McDonald's stores and to all five top achieving restaurants. We are extremely grateful to all the Crews for their support!
