@@YDCB Before the patch, her S3 attack ratio was 1.5 with 30% damage increase if she had a buff, which is equivalent to 1.95 attack rate. Post-buff, her S3 attack ratio is always 1.7. That is a ~13% damage reduction if she has a buff. It's only a damage increase when she's unbuffed.
