Hankson is the supposed son of Hank (his name being a funny combination of Hank and Son) and as far as I know he's not canon to the official story of madness combat.
the chromatics in this song happen to be the same chromatics used in a mod inspired by Madness Redeemer 2, which has some equally yummy songs
